One of our commitments is to assist young Bahamians who didn’t complete or perform well in high school. Usually, these young people have minimal or no certifications and are unable to secure meaningful employment.

At the National Training Agency, trainees are equipped with skills to acquire entry-level employment. We partner with Approved Industry Experts and Training Providers and other international institutions, including City & Guilds to provide competency-based Skills Training.
